ASSOCIATES

The business model of this Firm is to collaborate with other law firms across multiple jurisdictions. As part of this model, this Firm may require, typically on a case by case basis, attorneys and other legal staff in a variety of areas within a certain segment of law. At this time, we are not hiring.  However, that may change, and thus a potential applicant is encouraged to apply for consideration at a future date.

Those applying for an associate or other contract work must have an excellent comprehension of the area in law in which you will be hired, typically, business / corporate, litigation, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate must know how to take initiative and negotiate complex legal (and office) environments. Competency in legal research and writing is a must. A desire to fulfill your professional and personal promise is essential. If hired, you will certainly and swiftly be exposed to great responsibility and solid experiences.

INTERNSHIPS

As part of our recruitment effort, this Firm is continually looking for capable interns with a burgeoning understanding of business / corporate, litigation, and intellectual property. We are looking for law students who take initiative and possess enterprising and entrepreneurial characteristics who can handle increasing responsibility. Competency in legal research and writing is a must. A desire to fulfill your professional and personal promise is essential. We may consider non-law students who have a superior acumen in finance.
